Payment Terms:

• Payment is due upfront on or before the 1st of each month.

• Late payments incur a 10% fee after 7 days.

Contract Period:

• Small Business: Minimum 3 months

• Medium Business: Minimum 3 months

• Large Business: Minimum 6 months

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 days written notice is required.

• Early termination fees may apply for ongoing campaigns or projects.

Ad Spend:

• Ad spend is not included in the package price and will be billed separately to the client.

Revisions:

• Additional design revisions beyond the package limit will be billed at R200/revision.

Fair Usage:

• Exceeding the agreed-upon service limits (e.g., extra posts, campaigns, or updates) will incur additional charges at R400/hour.

Ownership:

• Ownership of deliverables is transferred upon full payment.

Confidentiality:

• All client data and project details remain confidential.

Scope of Work:

• Requests outside the agreed-upon scope will require a separate quote.

Liability:

• Results may vary based on external factors such as client responsiveness, market conditions, and competitor activity.
